Maddie Tight, PT, DPT

Maddie Tight earned her doctorate of physical therapy degree from the University of Montana. During her undergraduate years she played soccer and ran track for Colby College in Maine. After graduating from Colby, she moved back to the Bay Area, embraced ultra running in the hills and trails where she grew up in Marin County, and continues to enjoy cycling, skiing, and running. While at the University of MT she worked with a team to educate the community on prevention and treatment of bone stress injuries, and has a special interest working with this population.  

 

Danielle Conway Littlehale PT, DPT

Danielle was born and raised in the Bay Area. She graduated from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona in 2014 with her Bachelors of Science Degree in Kinesiology, Clinical Health – Exercise Science, and then from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2016 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.  Danielle's love for physical therapy stemmed from being involved in sports her whole life, and needing physical therapy after sustaining an injury in high school. Continuing to stay active in different communities, she has seen how important it is to pay attention to body mechanics with all activities. The passion for getting involved in such a giving and exciting industry flourished from there and continues to grow.

 

Jamie Yang, PT, DPT, OCS

Jamie Yang completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Southern California after graduating from Stanford University with her Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology.

Prior to joining Agile, she was working at an outpatient orthopaedic clinic that rehabilitated clientele of varied activity levels including collegiate and professional athletes. She has completed numerous continuing education courses including a yearlong manual therapy course with an emphasis on techniques for treatment of the spine, Agile Orthopaedic PT Residency, and a 6 month biomechanics course focusing on video analysis of walking, running, cycling, and agility. She is currently a board certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist.  

 

Sydney Butler-Terry, PT, DPT, OCS

Sydney Butler-Terry graduated from the University of Southern California with a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2018. She attended the University of Colorado Boulder for her undergraduate degree and has participated in and conducted research into the field of pediatric injury prevention programs. Her passion is to integrate knowledge of injury prevention into rehabilitation of patients of all age and fitness levels. Sydney is an avid runner, completing races up to the half marathon distance. She works with both recreational and competitive runners on running mechanics and injury rehabilitation/prevention.

In the winter, Sydney enjoys skiing and snowboarding and in the summer, she spends her weekends hiking and exploring the outdoors.   

 

Katie Monaghan, PT, DPT 

Katie is a 2020 graduate of Columbia University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Prior to Columbia, Katie attended Tufts University outside of Boston where she majored in Classical Studies. Katie was a member of the Tufts field hockey team that won a Division 3 National Championship. 

 

Katie first became interested in physical therapy after suffering an array of orthopedic injuries throughout her athletic career, playing both field hockey and lacrosse. She now enjoys the wide variety of patients she is able to help in the orthopaedic setting. Originally from New Jersey, Katie loves exploring the Bay Area’s endless trails and finding unique restaurants. In her free time, she also enjoys weekly track workouts with her local running club and swimming.  

 

Megan Faucher, PT, DPT, CLT

Megan received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She is currently a resident in the Women’s Health Residency program and is passionate about pelvic health. As a native of Boise, Idaho, Megan is a lover of the Western US and all things outdoors. In her spare time, Megan enjoys cycling, hiking, and running to explore the many trails the Bay Area has to offer.    

 

Derek Tao PT, DPT, CSCS

Derek is a Bay Area native who completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy training at the joint UCSF/SFSU physical therapy program and went on to complete Orthopedic Residency training at the University of California San Francisco. Prior to his physical therapy training, he completed his Bachelor’s of Science in Health Care Science at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.

Derek’s passion for physical therapy stems from his background as a competitive runner with over 15 years of competition experience, including experience competing at the collegiate level. He first discovered physical therapy as a career through challenges he faced from a variety of major running related injuries. Through his injury recovery journeys, Derek understands the profound impact that injuries can have on one’s daily life. He is especially passionate about working with runners at all levels, and has experience working with both recreational and competitive runners. Derek’s treatment philosophy involves a strong curiosity for understanding one’s goals, collaborative decision making, and individualized care to empower a person to work towards their goals.

In his free time, Derek still continues to run competitively. He also enjoys traveling to new places, trying different restaurants, giving back to the running community, journaling, hiking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
